Kamron Pipe and Tubes is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of industrial piping solutions. With a reputation of quality, reliability, and timely delivery, Kamron leads in providing a diverse variety of products such as Stainless Steel 321 and 321H welded tubing. Both alloys are special purpose tubes that are utilized for high-temperature applications and are used primarily in those situations where resistance to intergranular corrosion is important. With superior production machinery and strict quality testing, Kamron supplies tubing solutions of global quality to operate under harsh conditions across different industries.
321 and 321H welded tube stainless steel is titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. It contains chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and titanium (at least five times the amount of carbon). 321H contains higher carbon content than 321 and is stronger at high temperature. Grades have good mechanical properties with tensile strengths of about 75 ksi and good creep-resistance. Grades have good weldability, excellent oxidation and scaling resistance up to 870°C, and are ideal for exposure over extended time at high temperatures without loss of structure.

321 and 321H welded stainless steel pipes are commonly applied in uses that demand resistance against high temperatures and applications demanding corrosion protection. The most common applications for them are heat exchangers, exhaust manifolds, furnace components, and thermal processing equipment. They are particularly suited to petrochemical, aerospace, and power generation processes where common exposure to high temperatures and corrosive materials is present. Their resistance to intergranular corrosion following welding and scaling make them particularly suitable for application in high-temperature, high-pressure service where long-term performance is critical.
